Newfields Property was founded by Mr. Seow Lun Hoo & Mr. Seow Voon Ping in 2004. The founders and supporting team of professionals bring with them an extensive culmination of senior management experience in corporate planning & advisory, real estate and construction management. With our dynamic team of motivated and dedicated individuals, we aim to deliver a range of products and services that are of the highest quality and the capacity to add value to local communities & the environment in the years to come.

Newfields Property’s launched its maiden project, a 52-acre Integrated Commercial Hub located next to the LDP in Southern Puchong in 2007. Phase 1 of the development was completed and delivered 6 months ahead of schedule in April 2009.

Looking ahead, Newfields Property is taking property development to newer heights and charting its new course in a residential development at Bukit Serdang and a commercial office development along Jalan Tun Razak.
