Over the years, it has established itself as a leading independent corporate advisory firm and is widely recognised for its track record and proven ability to structure innovative and transformational corporate finance solutions for its clients.

Newfields Advisors is an independent boutique advisory firm. Unlike other firms, we are not part of any larger financial institution that may require us to serve competing interests. This enables us to be independent in our selection of partners we choose to work with, and to uphold principles of confidentiality when seeking to create value for our clients.

We have always consciously kept our business model as advisory driven because this allows us to provide our clients with dedicated and focused counsel. It is with this focus in mind that we will remain fully independent to provide the best and most unique advice to our clients.

In addition to our extensive network with local and international investment/ commercial banks, professional firms and other financial institutions, our practice includes some of the industry’s most experienced professionals.
